Weipa is an active mining area so everyone has to stop at the 'mining hwy'
Day 36 and we've made it to Weipa and it's hot. First thing we did after setting up and having lunch was to swim. We are staying here for 4 nights and have booked to do a tour of the Rio Tinto bauxite mine on Sunday.
