Day 31. Lions den, Helenvale.

We had a leisurely departure around 9.30ish. First stop was at Rifle Creek, Mount Malloy, for morning tea.

 Stopped at a lookout for lunch overlooking the Byerstown Range. Surprisingly there was phone reception. The road in the pic is the road we will be on when we leave the lookout. 



          Lunchtime. 

Stopped at Lakeland for fuel. Prices going up as we head further north.  $1.45.

We spent a few hours at the pub listening to the band, Manuka, and having an expensive pizza, $26. Such is life when you travel.

Today we travelled 238kms hitched, taking the total travelled hitched to 2013kms.
