Walked to the beach to see the sunrise.
The beach we walked on yesterday has disappeared.

After speaking to the van park at Etty Bay we have decided not to go there this trip. They are renovating the amenities and have portable ones set up beside soggy, uneven, grass sites 😏. At $45 a night we gave it a miss.
We will continue up the Bruce Hwy stopping at a few things along the way.

We skipped Innisfail township as it was raining. We waited for a slow moving train. The man in the pic below is manually changing the switch points. We have stopped at a free camp just outside of the town.
Still wet and the temperature is coolish. An afternoon in the van sorting photos.
Today we cracked the ton and drove 102kms taking the total hitched to 1,611kms.
