Day 23. Cardwell.

 Short walk for me this morning, only 1.3kms.

Gunther generously bought Yvonne and I a bag of turtle food with the $2 he found on our site 😆

We've packed up and headed to Cardwell to swim in the blue pools and cycle the esplanade. The weather doesn't look promising ☔

We're set up at Cardwell van Park. A little pricey at $40 but they were very friendly and found us a site where we could drive straight in and set up together. 

Drove 10 minutes up a dirt road to have a splash in the blue spa pools. The water was cool but a great spot.

A wet night saw us eat in our vans then we watched 'Attack of the killer tomatoes' in Gunthers van. It was Marks pick and it was dreadful.

Today we travelled 54kms hitched and 20kms unhitched.
