Today we're in Mount Isa about to do an underground mine tour at 11am. It's very windy and chilly. BoM says it feels like 7°

We're staying at the Tourist Park for 2 nights. Spent the afternoon organising our visits to Winton and Longreach next weekend. Then after that it will be home time. Eileen's pain is being managed by the nursing home so fingers crossed she gets through this next week well.
Seeing that Gunther missed out on a birthday dinner yesterday he decided we should walk, 1km each way, to the pub tonight.
Today we travelled 68kms hitched. Total travelled hitched is 5689kms.
It's quite cold tonight so we decided to snuggle under the doona and watch TV at 8pm! The BoM says it's15° feels like 10° & it will drop to 7 overnight. After the Cape and the Gulf it's a shock to the body. I'm sure we'll survive 🙂
