Day 19. Rollingstone

Easy morning pack up. Mark and I went for a 5km ride to stretch the legs a little. Mark made coffee while I did some dusting 🙃. Eventually departing just before 10am.

First stop was in Giru to exchange the gas bottle and get some diesel.

Then on to Townsville. We've been here before so are only stopping at the Palmetum(botanical gardens).

 Scenic views heading to Townsville.
     Entrance to the Gardens.
Black hawk memorial. Very well done.

One of Gunthers "superior photos" that he sold to me ⬇️

A lovely python to full to move.

My brother in laws cousin was on the black hawk when it went down.

We have stopped at a free camp called Vincent Bushy Park in Rollingstone, not far north of Townsville.

Today we travelled 138kms.
